The UAE Junction Rewards Program is a loyalty program offered to the community to get more savings and discounts to accomplish their travel and tour goals. Either our valued customers accumulate these points to get the discount for their annual air tickets to home country or like to redeem these points to unlock the dreams to travel (Holiday, Staycation, Family Fun at theme parks).
Earning Points
Points earned on eligible purchases made through our website.
Points calculated based on the net value of your purchase (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts).
Points will credit to your account once purchase is confirmed, and payment is completed.
We reserve the right to adjust the rate at which points are earned or to offer bonus points for specific promotions.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for a discount on your next purchases.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and they have no monetary value outside of the Program.
Points cannot be used to pay for taxes or shipping fees.
Points Expiration
* Validity One Year. You must redeem your points before they expire.
Program Changes and Termination
The UAE Junction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Points Program at any time, with or without notice.
Change the earning or redemption rates of points.
Alter the value of points already accumulated.
Modify the conditions for earning or redeeming points.
Discontinue the Program entirely, which may result in the forfeiture of all unused points without any liability to you.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes through our website or via email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
