1. Package Availability:

• The package is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates and offers may change based on availability.

2. Special Events & Blackout Dates:

• Displayed rates do not apply during special events, holidays (such as Christmas and New Year), peak seasons, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply during these times.

3. Room and Offer Availability:

• All rooms and offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

4. COVID-19 Guidelines:

• COVID-19 restrictions and PCR guidelines can change at any time without notice. Please check the latest guidelines before travel.

5. Occupancy Rates:

• Rates for single, triple, or quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request. Availability for increasing the number of occupants is subject to change.

6. Payment Terms:

• Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms. Rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis.

7. Check-in/Check-out Times:

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours, and check-out time is 1100/1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.

8. Advance Deposit:

• At check-in, the hotel may require an advance or security deposit, which varies by hotel policy. This deposit is refunded at check-out, minus any charges for items taken from the mini-bar, late check-out, or damages.

9. Passport and Visa Requirements:

• Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport and visa requirements for their destination. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
