Promotion Period
The “Share to Win” promotion runs from June 21, 2025, at 12:00 AM GST, to July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM GST.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all residents of the UAE who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of The UAE Junction and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must share the official The UAE Junction promotion post on their public Instagram and/or Facebook profiles. Shares on private profiles will not be counted. Participants must tag The UAE Junction’s official social media accounts in their shared posts and use the designated promotion hashtag (if provided in the official promotion post). Only shares made during the promotion period will be considered.
Winner Selection
The winner will be the individual who has accumulated the highest number of legitimate shares of the official The UAE Junction promotion post across Instagram and Facebook by the end of the promotion period. “Legitimate shares” are defined as shares from unique, active social media accounts that comply with the terms of service of Instagram and Facebook. The UAE Junction reserves the right to disqualify any shares deemed fraudulent or in violation of platform policies.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they primarily participated, or via the contact information provided during registration (if applicable) within 7 business days of the promotion’s end. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
Prize
The prize will be specified in the official promotion announcement. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
General Conditions
- The UAE Junction reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or to amend these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- The decision of The UAE Junction regarding all aspects of this promotion is final and binding.
- The UAE Junction is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other problems that may hinder participation in the promotion.
- By entering, participants grant The UAE Junction permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes .
