• Location: Desert Campus, Al Ain Road, Dubai
• Operational Hours:
  • April–May: Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM (closed Mon–Tue)
  • June Onward: Saturday & Sunday, from 6:00 AM (closed Mon–Fri)
  • Subject to weather and operational conditions
• Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years (Gregorian calendar)
• Weight & BMI Limits:
  • Women: Max 90 kg; BMI ≤ 27.5
  • Men: Max 100 kg; BMI ≤ 30
• Health Restrictions: Not suitable for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or pregnancy
• Dress Code: Athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes; avoid loose garments
• ID Requirement: Valid Emirates ID or passport matching booking name
• Pre-Jump Guidelines:
  • No alcohol 24 hours prior
  • Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before
  • Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in
• Ticket Redemption:
  • Present e-ticket or printed voucher
  • Complete registration, health check, and waiver
