How to Redeem Your Tickets

2. At the entrance turnstiles, scan your ticket to gain access.

• Children under 3 years of age are free. Please carry a valid photo ID for verification at the entrance .
  
• Swimwear Policy: Guests are required to wear proper swim attire before entering the water attractions
  
• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services.
  
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the park.
  
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  
• Free parking is available for all visitors; valet service is available at AED 100 (excluding buggy drop-off).
  
• Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed inside transfer vehicles during tours.
