Day 1: Arrival in Baku & City Tour

• Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku and complete Visa on Arrival (VOA) procedures.
• Meet & greet by our representative and transfer to your hotel.
• Check-in and relax.

  • Departure: 29 Nov 2025 – Dubai (DXB) to Baku (GYD) | Arrival: 08:15 hrs
  • Return: 03 Dec 2025 – Baku (GYD) to Dubai (DXB) | Arrival: 12:20 hrs
• Long queues are expected at Visa on Arrival (VOA); e-visa is highly recommended (2–3 hrs queue)
• Passport & UAE residence visa must be valid for at least 6 months to avail VOA
• VOA eligibility: All nationalities (except Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan) with UAE residence permit; final approval subject to immigration discretion
• If VOA is rejected or boarding denied, the package is non-refundable & non-transferable
• Maximum waiting time for group airport transfer is 90 minutes after flight arrival; if exceeded, guests must reach the hotel on their own
