Flash Sale Schedule
Flash sales will occur every Sunday at a pre-announced time. Please refer to our website and social media channels for specific timings.
Purchase Limitations
- Each customer is limited to purchasing a specific number of units as allotted for the particular flash sale. This limit will be displayed on the product page during the sale.
- Attempts to bypass these limits may result in order cancellation.
Promotional Exclusions
- Offers presented during flash sales are standalone promotions.
- Other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with flash sale offers.
No Refunds or Exchanges
- All sales made during a flash sale are final.
- There will be no refunds or exchanges available for any items purchased during a flash sale, except where required by law.
Timely Checkout
To secure your flash sale items, customers must complete the checkout process and payment prior to the time lapse for the specific flash sale. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete.
Fraud Prevention and Order Cancellation
The UAE Junction reserves the right to cancel any order if it identifies multiple logins, mobile numbers, or payment cards being used to purchase beyond the allotted unit limits or for fraudulent purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to circumvent purchase limitations.
Social Media Follow Requirement
Prior to the issuance of tickets or completion of sale for flash sale items, customers are required to follow all social media handles associated with The UAE Junction. This includes our official pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of your order.
Right to Modify/Cancel
The UAE Junction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any flash sale at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or product availability.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By proceeding with a purchase during a flash sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
