Tickets & Vouchers
How will I receive my tickets?
After booking, you’ll receive your tickets/vouchers via email, usually within 24 hours (often instantly for popular attractions). Tickets are sent as PDF attachments that you can:

- Print and present the physical copy
- Access anytime from your account dashboard
Are the tickets dated or open-dated?
This depends on the specific attraction or package:
- Most theme park tickets: Valid for a specific date or within a validity period (e.g., 90 days from purchase)
- City tours & safaris: Usually dated and require advance booking
- Some attractions: Offer flexible, open-dated tickets
The validity details are clearly mentioned on each product page and in your booking confirmation.
What if I lose my tickets/voucher?

Practical Information
Do you provide transportation/pickup services?
Yes! Transportation is included in many of our packages, particularly:
- Desert Safari packages (hotel pickup and drop-off)
- Dhow Cruise packages (from selected locations)
- City tours and sightseeing packages
- Some premium experiences
For theme parks and attractions, transportation can be added for an additional fee. Details are clearly mentioned on each package page.
What should I bring/wear for different activities?
Desert Safari: Comfortable casual clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, closed shoes. Avoid white clothing (sand!). Warm layers for evening safaris in winter.
Water Parks: Swimwear, towel, waterproof phone case, sunscreen, change of clothes.
Theme Parks: Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, light clothing. Most parks don’t allow outside food.
City Tours: Modest clothing (especially for mosque visits), comfortable shoes, sun protection, camera.
Dhow Cruise: Smart casual attire. Bring a light jacket for the evening breeze.
Are your packages family-friendly?

- Some theme park rides have height/age restrictions
- Desert safari dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back problems
- Water parks have different zones for different age groups

What if the weather is bad on my booking date?
The UAE enjoys sunshine most of the year! However, in case of extreme weather:
- Most indoor attractions (theme parks, aquariums) operate normally
- Outdoor activities like desert safaris may be rescheduled for safety
- We’ll contact you promptly with alternative arrangements
- Refunds or date changes are handled per the specific activity’s policy
